If you are driving from Leticia, head east on Avenida de la Paz towards Carrera 9. Continue straight for about 3 km until you reach the entrance of the Reserva Natural Omagua. Look for signs indicating the entrance. The roads are generally well-marked, but be cautious of local wildlife and road conditions. Parking is available near the entrance.

Public Transportation (Bus)
From the center of Leticia, you can take a local bus heading towards the Amazon River. Look for buses that have signs indicating 'Omagua' or ask locals for directions. The bus ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you reach the designated stop for Reserva Natural Omagua, follow the path that leads to the entrance, which is about a 10-minute walk. The bus fare is usually around 2,000 COP.

If you are adventurous, consider taking a boat from Leticia to the entrance of the Reserva Natural Omagua. You can hire a local boat operator at the port. The journey will take about 1 hour, and you will enjoy the scenic views of the Amazon River. Ensure that you negotiate the price beforehand; it typically ranges from 50,000 to 100,000 COP depending on the boat size. Once you arrive, there will be a short walk to the entrance.
