If you are within Villa Santos, you can walk to Parque Paseo de la Castellana. Start by heading towards Calle 94, which is a known street in the area. Once you reach Calle 94, turn onto Carrera 57, walking north. Continue straight until you reach your destination at Cra. 57 #96-109. The park should be on your right side. This walk should take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on your starting point.

Public Transport - Bus
If you prefer to take a bus, find a bus stop along Carrera 53 or Calle 94. You can take a bus heading towards Riomar. Ask the driver to let you off at the stop nearest to Cra. 57. Once you get off, walk north on Carrera 57 until you reach Parque Paseo de la Castellana, located at Cra. 57 #96-109. The bus fare is around 2,000 COP (Colombian Pesos).
