Bus
From the center of Bogotá, head to the 'Portal de Transmilenio' station. Take a bus towards 'Cota.' The journey will take approximately 45 minutes. Once you reach Cota, get off at the 'Parque La Reserva' stop. From there, you can walk approximately 1.5 kilometers towards Vereda El Abra, km 1,2, where Bioparque La Reserva is located.
Taxi
You can take a taxi from anywhere in Bogotá directly to Bioparque La Reserva. Just inform the driver you want to go to 'Vereda El Abra, km 1,2, Cota, Cundinamarca.' The ride will typically take about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic.
Bicycle
If you enjoy cycling, you can rent a bike in Bogotá and ride towards Cota. Start from the 'Ciclovía' routes in Bogotá, heading northwest. Follow the bike paths to connect to the main roads leading to Cota. The distance is approximately 15 kilometers, so be prepared for a bit of a ride. Once you arrive in Cota, head to Vereda El Abra, km 1,2 to reach Bioparque La Reserva.
Walking
If you are staying nearby in Cota, you can simply walk to Bioparque La Reserva. Start from the center of Cota and head northwest along the main road. It will take you about 20-30 minutes to reach the park, which is located at Vereda El Abra, km 1,2.
