Getting There

• TransMilenio

  If you are starting from the city center, make your way to the nearest TransMilenio station, such as 'Las Aguas' or 'Tercer Milenio'. Board a bus towards 'SITP Ciudad Bolívar' or 'Portal de Usme'. You'll need to make a transfer at 'Portal Sur'. From 'Portal Sur', take the bus towards 'Ciudad Bolívar'. Get off at 'Sierra Morena' station, which is near the monument. From the station, walk south along Carrera 73 until you reach the intersection with Calle 2, and the monument will be on your left.

• SITP Bus

  You can also take an SITP bus from any part of Bogotá. Look for the routes that have stops near your current location and head towards Ciudad Bolívar. A good option is to take a bus that goes to 'Sierra Morena'. Once you arrive at 'Sierra Morena', disembark and walk towards Carrera 73. The monument is located at Carrera 73 #2 a 70, just a short walk from the bus stop.

• Walking

  If you are staying nearby or prefer to walk, start at the nearest landmark or street and navigate to Carrera 73. Walk along Carrera 73 heading south until you reach the address Cra. 73 #2 a 70. The MONUMENT CIUDAD BOLIVAR will be visible as you approach, set within a small park area.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  If you prefer a more direct route, consider using a taxi or rideshare service like Uber. Simply input 'Cra. 73 #2 a 70, Bogotá' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the monument. This option is especially convenient if you are traveling with luggage or in a group.
