TransMilenio
To reach Parque de la Independencia using the TransMilenio bus system, first locate the nearest TransMilenio station. If you are in the city center, you can head to the 'Universidad de los Andes' station. From there, board a bus on the 'C1' line heading towards 'Portal de la 80'. After three stops, get off at 'San Diego' station. Once you exit the station, walk east on Calle 24. Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Carrera 6a. The park will be on your left.
Bus
If you prefer to take a regular bus, find a bus stop near your location. Look for buses that head towards the 'San Martin' area. Ask the driver if they stop at 'Parque de la Independencia' or get off at 'Calle 24 con Carrera 6a'. From there, walk a short distance to the park entrance, which is just a few blocks away.
Walking
If you're staying nearby, you can walk to Parque de la Independencia. Find your way to Calle 24, and head towards the east until you reach Carrera 6a. The park is located at Cl. 24 #6a-1. Enjoy the local scenery as you walk, and keep an eye out for the park's beautiful entrance.
Bicycle
If you want to bike to Parque de la Independencia, you can rent a bicycle from one of the city's bike-sharing services. Start from your location and head towards Calle 24. Follow the bike lanes until you reach Carrera 6a. The park is located just off this main road. Look for bike parking near the entrance.
