If you're starting from the historic area around Plaza de Bolívar, walk to the 'Las Aguas' TransMilenio station. Board a bus toward 'El Portal de la 80' or 'Usaquén' and get off at 'Universidad de Los Andes'. From there, exit the station and walk south on Calle 12 until you reach Carrera 2. Turn left on Carrera 2 and continue until you arrive at Plazoleta Chorro de Quevedo, which will be on your right.

From the 'Centro' area, head to the nearest bus stop and look for a bus heading towards 'La Candelaria'. You can take a bus number that goes along Carrera 7 or Carrera 10. Get off at the stop near 'Calle 12'. Walk east on Calle 12 until you reach Carrera 2; turn left and proceed to Plazoleta Chorro de Quevedo, which will be located on your right.

If you are near the Museo del Oro, you can walk to Plazoleta Chorro de Quevedo. Head west on Calle 16 until you reach Carrera 7. Turn left on Carrera 7 and walk south until you reach Calle 12. Turn right on Calle 12 and continue until you reach Carrera 2. Turn left on Carrera 2, and Plazoleta Chorro de Quevedo will be on your right.
