TransMilenio
To reach Quebrada Las Delicias using TransMilenio, find the nearest station to your current location. If you are in the downtown area, you can board a bus at the 'Las Aguas' station on the 'C' line heading towards 'El Portal de las Américas'. Get off at the 'Héroes' station. From there, transfer to the 'B' line and continue towards 'Tigre'. Disembark at 'Calle 62' station. Once you exit the station, walk east along Calle 62 until you reach Cra. 1F. Turn left onto Cra. 1F, and continue walking until you arrive at Cl. 62 #4 Este. The park entrance will be on your right.
Bus
If you prefer a regular bus, find the nearest bus stop and look for a bus that goes towards 'Chapinero' or 'Calle 63'. Ask the bus driver to drop you off at 'Calle 62 con Cra. 1F'.
