Transmilenio
If you are near a Transmilenio station, take the route towards the 'Calle 11' station. Once you arrive, exit the bus and head south on Carrera 5. Walk for about 2 blocks until you reach Calle 11, then turn left. Continue walking until you see the Centro Comercial Caribe Plaza on your right. The tram office is located inside the plaza at Carrera 7 #12 A - 20, Local 214.
Bus
Look for a local bus heading towards La Candelaria. Ask the driver to drop you off at the closest stop to 'Casa Museo de la Moneda'. From there, walk towards Carrera 5 and head north. After about 2 blocks, turn right onto Calle 11. The Centro Comercial Caribe Plaza will be on your left. The tram office is inside the plaza at Carrera 7 #12 A - 20, Local 214.
Walking
If you are in La Candelaria, simply walk towards Carrera 5. Once you reach Carrera 5, head north until you reach Calle 11. Turn left onto Calle 11 and walk straight for 2 blocks. You will see the Centro Comercial Caribe Plaza on your left. The tram office is located inside the plaza at Carrera 7 #12 A - 20, Local 214.
Bicycle
If you are renting a bicycle, head towards the area of La Candelaria. Cycle towards Carrera 5, and then head north. At Calle 11, turn left and continue cycling for 2 blocks. The Centro Comercial Caribe Plaza will be on your left. Park your bike and enter the plaza to find the tram office at Carrera 7 #12 A - 20, Local 214.
