Virrey Park: A Serene Oasis in Bogotá

Getting There

• TransMilenio

  To reach Virrey Park via TransMilenio, start at any nearby station and head towards the 'Héroes' station. From 'Héroes', transfer to the 'NQS' line towards 'Tierra Buena'. Get off at 'Calle 85' station. Once you exit the station, head east on Calle 85 until you reach Carrera 15. Turn left on Carrera 15 and walk north until you reach Calle 88, where you will find Virrey Park on your right.

• Local Bus

  Look for a local bus heading towards Chapinero or Chico. You can catch these buses from major streets like Calle 72 or Avenida Caracas. Inform the driver that you want to get off at 'Calle 88'. Once you disembark, walk east along Calle 88 until you reach Virrey Park.

• Walking

  If you are already in the Chico or Chapinero neighborhood, simply walk to Virrey Park. From the intersection of Calle 85 and Carrera 15, walk east on Calle 85 until you reach Carrera 15. Turn left onto Carrera 15 and continue walking north until you reach Calle 88. Virrey Park will be on your right.

• Bicycle

  If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride along the bike paths in Bogotá. Head towards the 'Carrera 15' bike lane. Once you reach Calle 88, turn left and continue until you find Virrey Park on your right. The park has bike parking available.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  You can book a taxi or rideshare (like Uber) from your current location. Simply input 'Virrey Park, Calle 88, Bogotá' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the park's entrance.
