From Parque de la 93, head west on Calle 93 towards Carrera 7. When you reach Carrera 7, turn left (south) and walk straight down this avenue. Continue walking for about 15 minutes; you will pass various shops and cafes. As you approach Calle 60, look for Hippies Park, which will be on your right side at the intersection with Calle 60.

If you prefer taking public transport, walk to the nearest TransMilenio station, which is 'Calle 85' station. From Parque de la 93, walk south on Carrera 11 for about 10 minutes until you reach the station. Take a bus heading towards 'Calle 76.' Get off at the 'Calle 60' stop. From there, it's a short walk to Hippies Park. Exit the station and head east on Calle 60; the park will be a short distance ahead on your left.
