From there, you can either walk or take a motorcycle taxi to the Museum Sugarcane, which is about 8 kilometers away. Make sure to have the address written down in Spanish: 'Corregimiento Santa Elena, vereda Amaimito a 8 Kms de el crucero de El, Placer' to show to the motorcycle taxi driver.

If you're already in El Cerrito, you can find motorcycle taxis (moto-taxis) near the main square. It is a long walk of about 8 kilometers, so be prepared with water and sun protection.
