If you are driving from the center of Cartagena, head northwest on Avenida San Martin towards Calle 1. Continue on Avenida San Martin, which will turn into Avenida del Arsenal. Continue on Avenida Pedro de Heredia until you reach the intersection with Calle 30, then turn right. Follow Calle 30 until you reach the coastline, and you will find Playa los Morros. Parking is available near the beach, but there may be a fee of around 5,000 to 10,000 COP for parking.
