If you are starting from the Plaza de los Coches, head south towards the Plaza de la Aduana. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Calle La Paz. Turn right onto Calle La Paz and walk straight for about 5 minutes. You will see the Church of Santo Domingo on your left, located at Centro, Cartagena.

Starting from the Castillo San Felipe de Barajas, exit the castle and head down the hill towards the city's main road. Once you reach the road, turn left and walk along Avenida del Malecón. After approximately 15 minutes, turn right onto Calle de la Iglesia. The Church of Santo Domingo will be on your right.
