Car
If you are traveling by car, start from Salento. Drive on the Vía al Valle de Cocora for approximately 11 kilometers. The road is well-marked, and you will be surrounded by beautiful landscapes. There are several parking areas at the entrance of the Cocora Valley. Be aware that there might be a parking fee of around 5,000 COP (Colombian Pesos).

Public Transportation (Jeep)
From the main square in Salento, take a Willys Jeep, which is a popular and common form of transport to Cocora Valley. The jeeps leave regularly and the trip takes about 30 minutes. The fare is approximately 3,000 COP per person. The jeeps will drop you off near the entrance to the valley, from where you can start your adventure.
