If you are starting from the Cúcuta Central Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and head southeast on Avenida 1. Walk straight for about 1.5 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Calle 6. Turn left onto Calle 6 and continue for another 700 meters. You will see Simón Bolívar Park on your right at Cl 6 #Este-2a. The park is a large green area and is hard to miss.

From Cúcuta Central, take a bus heading towards the city center. You can catch a bus at the terminal or on Avenida 1. Ask the driver to drop you off at Plaza de la Independencia.
