For those using public transportation, locate the bus terminal in Guatapé. Look for buses heading to Cisneros; these are usually labeled with the destination. The bus ride takes about 30-45 minutes. Once you arrive in Cisneros, you can either walk or take a taxi to Charcos Cisneros. The distance from the bus station to the park is about 3 kilometers, and taxis are readily available for a small fee, usually around 10,000 to 15,000 COP.
