Car
From Guatapé, head west on the main road (Via Guatapé) towards Medellín. After approximately 45 km, merge onto the Autopista Norte (Highway 60) towards Medellín. Continue for about 30 km, then take exit 1A towards Avenida 80. Follow Avenida 80 for about 5 km, then turn left onto Calle 73. The Jardín Botánico de Medellín will be on your right at Cl. 73 #51d-14, Aranjuez, Medellín. Make sure to check for parking options nearby, as some areas may require payment.

Public Transportation
From Guatapé, take a bus to Medellín. Buses leave regularly from the main bus terminal in Guatapé and take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours to reach Medellín. Once in Medellín, head to the Terminal de Transporte (bus station) and transfer to the Metro system. Take Line A (the green line) towards La Estrella and get off at the Universidad station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Jardín Botánico de Medellín. Head northwest on Calle 67, then turn right onto Calle 73. The botanical garden will be on your left. Keep some change handy for the bus fare, which is usually around 10,000 COP.
