Casa Gardeliana: A Cultural Immersion in Medellín

Getting There

• Metro

  If you are near the Poblado or El Centro area, take the Medellín Metro Line A (the line marked in blue) towards Niquía. Get off at the San Antonio station. From there, transfer to Line B (the line marked in green) towards San Javier. Get off at the Manrique station. Once you exit the station, walk approximately 10 minutes northeast to Casa Gardeliana located at Cra. 45 #76-50. Look for local signage to guide you along the way.

• Bus

  From any point in Medellín, locate a bus that heads towards Manrique. You can ask locals or check on Google Maps for the right bus line. Once on the bus, request to get off at the nearest stop to Cra. 45. After you disembark, walk towards Cra. 45 #76-50, which should take about 5-10 minutes. Keep an eye out for Casa Gardeliana, as it is a notable cultural site in the area.

• Walking

  If you're already in El Pomar or nearby, you can simply walk to Casa Gardeliana. Start at Carrera 46, head north until you reach Calle 76. Turn left on Calle 76, and continue walking until you see Casa Gardeliana on your right at Cra. 45 #76-50. This is a pleasant walking route and should take around 10 minutes.

• Taxi or Rideshare

  You can easily request a taxi or use a rideshare app like Uber or Beat. Simply enter 'Casa Gardeliana, Cra. 45 #76-50, El Pomar, Medellín' as your destination. The driver will take you directly to the location. This is a convenient option if you have luggage or prefer a more direct route.
