If you're driving from the center of Guatapé, head southeast on Calle 30 towards the main road. Turn left onto the main road (Antioquia - Guatapé) and continue for about 45 km. Follow the road signs to Medellín. Once you reach Medellín, follow the signs for La Candelaria. Take Calle 51 towards Cra. 40, and you will find Teatro Pablo Tobón Uribe at Cra. 40 #51-24. Make sure to pay attention to parking options available in the area as street parking can be limited.

The bus ride will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, and the fare is around 10,000 COP. Once you arrive at the Medellín terminal (Terminal del Norte), you can take a taxi or use the metro system. If you choose to use the metro, take Line 1 from the terminal towards La Estrella and transfer at San Antonio to Line 2 towards Parque Berrío. From Parque Berrío, it is a short taxi ride to Teatro Pablo Tobón Uribe at Cra. 40 #51-24.
