Walking
If you are starting from the Ibagué city center, walk towards Calle 60, which is a main street. Head east on Calle 60 until you reach the intersection with Carrera 5. Turn left onto Carrera 5 and continue walking north. You'll pass several shops and cafes along the way. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of Centenario Park on your right after a few blocks.

Public Bus
Look for a bus that has a route passing through the center of Ibagué. A common bus route is the one that goes to Parque Centenario. Board the bus at any stop in the center, and inform the driver you are going to Centenario Park. After about 10-15 minutes, get off at the bus stop nearest to the park entrance. From there, it is a short walk to the park itself.

Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in the city center. Start by heading east on Calle 60, then turn left onto Carrera 5. Follow this road straight until you reach the entrance of Centenario Park. There are bike racks available at the park where you can securely park your bicycle.
