Walking
If you are near the Ibagué City Hall (Alcaldía de Ibagué), start walking south on Calle 9 towards Carrera 2. Continue straight for about 5 blocks until you reach Bolívar Plaza, which will be on your left at Cra. 2 #9-10. Look for the large park area with trees and benches.
Public Transport
Take a local bus or sit in a taxi and request to go to 'Bolívar Plaza'. Most drivers will know this well-known landmark. If you are close to the main bus terminal (Terminal de Transportes de Ibagué), take a taxi or a bus heading towards the city center, and ask the driver to drop you off near Bolívar Plaza.
Bicycle
If you have access to a bicycle, head towards the city center. Start from the Parque Centenario and head southeast on Calle 10. Continue until you reach Carrera 2. Turn left and ride for about 4 blocks until you arrive at Bolívar Plaza. There are bike racks available near the plaza for parking.
