If you're traveling by car, begin by heading south on Avenida de la Esperanza from the center of Leticia. After approximately 3 km, turn left onto Calle 10, following the signs for the Amazonas region. Continue straight for about 2 km, and then turn right onto a dirt road that leads into the Reserva AGAPE area. There should be signs indicating the wildlife refuge. Parking is available near the entrance.

To reach Reserva AGAPE using public transportation, start by taking a taxi or a mototaxi from your location in Leticia to the main bus terminal (Terminal de Transportes de Leticia). From there, look for buses or collective taxis heading towards the Amazonas region. Inform the driver that you want to go to Reserva AGAPE. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes, and you should expect to pay around 5,000 to 10,000 COP. Be sure to ask the driver to drop you off as close to the reserve as possible.
