Car
From Leticia, head west on Avenida El Estadio towards Calle 10. Continue straight for approximately 5 km until you reach the junction with the road to Puerto Santander. Follow the signs for Puerto Santander and continue for about 25 km until you reach the town of Puerto Santander. Once in Puerto Santander, look for signs directing you to Amacayacu Natural National Park. The entrance to the park is located just outside the town.

Purchase a ticket for Puerto Santander, and the fare will typically be around 5,000 to 10,000 COP (Colombian Pesos). The journey takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Once you arrive in Puerto Santander, ask locals for directions to Amacayacu Natural National Park, which is a short walk from the bus drop-off point.
