If you're driving to La Manigua Lodge, start from the center of La Macarena. Head southeast on the main road towards Vereda el Billar. After approximately 6 km, you'll see signs for Finca La Manigua. The lodge is located just off the main road, so keep an eye out for the entrance on your right. Parking is available at the lodge.

To reach La Manigua Lodge via public transportation, first, take a bus from Villavicencio to La Macarena. Buses operate regularly and the journey takes about 8 hours. Once in La Macarena, hire a local taxi or a moto-taxi to take you to Vereda el Billar, which is about 6 km from the town. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting the ride.
