From Pereira, head to the Terminal de Transportes (bus terminal). You can take a taxi or a local bus to get there. Once at the terminal, look for a bus heading to El Santuario. The buses typically leave every 30 minutes. The ride will take about 1 hour. When you arrive in El Santuario, ask the bus driver to drop you off at Cl. 52 #50 - 19. From there, it is a short walk to your destination.
