Getting There

  • Car

    If you are driving, start from Salento, Quindío. Head south on Calle 6 towards Carrera 7. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection with the road leading to Palestina. Turn left onto the road towards Palestina, then follow the signs for Vereda. After approximately 10 km, you will see signs for Kasaguadua Natural Reserve. Turn right onto the road leading to the reserve. The last stretch is a gravel road; drive carefully for about 2 km until you reach the entrance.

  • Public Transportation

    From Salento, you can take a jeep (Willis) to Palestina, which is a common form of public transport. The ride takes about 30 minutes and costs around 10,000 COP. Once you arrive in Palestina, you may need to hire a local motorcycle taxi or walk for about 3 km towards Vereda. Look for signs directing you to Kasaguadua. If walking, be prepared for some elevation changes, as the area is hilly.
