If you are in the central plaza of Santa Marta, known as Parque de los Novios, start by heading east on Calle 17. Continue straight until you reach Calle 4. Casa de Madame Augustine is located at Cl. 17 ##4, which will be on your left side before you reach the intersection with Calle 4.

After a short ride, ask the driver to let you off at the nearest stop to Cl. 17, and from there, it will be a short walk to Casa de Madame Augustine.
