If you are in the Santa Marta city center, start at Parque de los Novios, a popular meeting point. From the park, head east on Calle 19 until you reach Carrera 1. Turn left onto Carrera 1 and continue walking along the beachfront promenade (El Rodadero). Enjoy the ocean view as you walk. After about 1.5 kilometers, you will reach the intersection with Calle 10. Continue straight along the promenade until you reach the end where you'll find Lugar de muestreo, located near the beach. It's a lovely garden area perfect for relaxation.

From the city center, head to the nearest bus stop and catch a bus heading to El Rodadero. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the El Rodadero station. From there, exit the bus and walk towards the beach. Follow the beachfront promenade to the east for about 10 minutes. You will arrive at Lugar de muestreo, a beautiful garden area by the sea.
