If you are starting from the main square, Plaza de Bolívar, head southeast on Calle 19 towards Carrera 10. Continue straight for about 5 blocks until you reach Carrera 7. Turn left on Carrera 7 and walk for about 3 blocks until you reach Calle 12. Turn right onto Calle 12 and walk straight. After 2 blocks, you will see Obelisco A Los Mártires on your left across from the park.
