Bogota Driver Guide Service was great - this is the third time I've hired Luis to take us around Bogota, and this time beyond to a small village for the annual Kite Festival. Luis was on time, and made sure we got to do everything we had planned for. He even pointed us to a great spot to get blueberry Milhojas.. a local treat that was delicious!!
