    From the town of Crested Butte, the free Mountain Express and RTA bus services provide convenient access to Crested Butte Mountain Resort. The Mountain Express operates within Crested Butte and Mt. Crested Butte, with main hubs at the Old Town Hall and the 4-Way Stop in town, as well as Mountaineer Square at the resort base area. The Gunnison Valley RTA connects Gunnison, Almont, Crested Butte South, Crested Butte, and Mt. Crested Butte, with a stop at the CBMR base area. Both services are free.     Crested Butte Mountain Resort is located at 12 Snowmass Rd, Mt. Crested Butte, CO 81225. From the town of Crested Butte, head north on CO-135 for approximately 3 miles to reach Mt. Crested Butte. Parking is available in several lots near the base area. The Town of Mt. Crested Butte manages two free parking lots on Snowmass Road and at the corner of Treasury and Gothic. Paid parking is available at the Main Lot located at 32 Emmons Road from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., with rates of $15 on off-peak days (Monday-Thursday) and $20 on peak days (Friday-Sunday & holidays). No overnight parking is allowed. The Lodge at Mountaineer Square offers heated day parking for $30 per vehicle.
