The taproom is adjoined to Great Divide's packaging facility, barrel aging warehouse, and canning line. The taproom opened in June 2015, marking the second phase of Great Divide's expansion plan to the RiNo neighborhood. The location allows visitors to view the barrel room, which houses barrels used to age beers like Yeti, Old Ruffian, and Hibernation. Great Divide Brewing was founded in 1996. In 2013, the company purchased land in the RiNo neighborhood, which has since become a hub for breweries and brewpubs.
