Bus routes 1 and 20 stop at Auraria Parkway & 9th Street, a short walk from the Tivoli Student Union. Light rail lines C, E, or W stop at the Pepsi Center-Elitch Gardens station. From there, walk east on Auraria Parkway to reach the destination. A single bus or light rail fare costs $3.00.

Tivoli Brewing Co. Tap House, situated at 900 Auraria Parkway in Denver, resides within the iconic Tivoli Student Union on the Auraria Campus. This location holds a significant place in Colorado's brewing history as the home of the state's first brewery, established in 1859. Originally founded by German immigrant John Good, the brewery underwent several name changes, including Rocky Mountain Brewery, Sigi's Brewery, and Milwaukee Brewery, before finally being named Tivoli in 1900. It grew to become one of the largest breweries in the West, its light golden lager popular across the region. The brewery closed in 1969, and the building was repurposed as a student union in the 1990s. In 2012, Tivoli Brewing Company was revived, and in 2015, it reopened a taphouse in its original location. The taphouse quickly became a popular spot for students, faculty, and sports fans attending events at the nearby Ball Arena. While Tivoli Brewing moved its brewing operations to La Junta in December 2023, the taphouse remained open until mid-December 2024. As of April 2025, the taphouse is closed, and the Auraria Campus is in discussions with potential partners for the space. Despite the closure, the Tivoli Student Union remains a landmark on the Auraria Campus, and the legacy of Tivoli Brewing Co. as a pioneer in Colorado's brewing industry lives on.
