If you're starting from Union Station, take the light rail from Union Station towards the 16th Street Mall. Disembark at the '16th Street Mall' stop. From there, walk east along 16th Street, which is a pedestrian-friendly area, until you reach the intersection with 17th Street. Turn left on 17th Street, and you'll find the Equitable Building at 730 17th St on your right.

If you are near the Civic Center Park, take the RTD bus route 15 or 16 heading towards the downtown area. Get off at the '16th St & Stout St' stop. Walk one block east to 17th Street, then turn right. The Equitable Building will be on your left at 730 17th St.

If you're in the downtown area, you can easily walk to the Equitable Building. Start at the Denver Pavilions at 500 16th St. Head east along 16th Street until you reach the intersection with 17th Street. Turn left onto 17th Street, and the Equitable Building will be located at 730 17th St just a short walk ahead on your right.

If you have a bike or are using a bike-share program, start from the Cherry Creek Trail. Head north until you reach the 16th Street Mall. From there, ride west along 16th Street until you reach 17th Street. Turn left onto 17th Street, and the Equitable Building will be at 730 17th St on your right.
