Discover more about Frisco Adventure Park

The Frisco Adventure Park, located in the Peninsula Recreation Area, is a hub of outdoor activity about a mile from Main Street Frisco. Once a mining town, Frisco has evolved into a recreational mecca, and the Adventure Park embodies this spirit by offering activities year-round. In winter, the park transforms into a snowy playground. The lift-assisted tubing hill is a popular attraction, with multiple lanes offering varying degrees of slope and bumpiness. A beginner ski and snowboard hill provides a gentle introduction to snow sports, and a traditional sledding hill offers free fun for all ages. The Frisco Nordic Center, located across the road, features cross-country skiing and snowshoeing trails. For a unique experience, visitors can take a horse-drawn sleigh ride. Note that the tubing hill, Nordic Center, terrain park, and ski/snowboard hill are closed for the 2024/2025 winter season. As the snow melts, the park transitions to summer activities. A bike park with dirt jumps and slopestyle courses caters to BMX and stunt bike enthusiasts. A skate park welcomes skaters of all levels, and a 27-hole disc golf course provides a relaxed sporting challenge. Miles of hiking and biking trails wind through the Peninsula Recreation Area and the adjacent White River National Forest. The Day Lodge provides a cozy space to warm up by the fireplace in winter or grab snacks and refreshments year-round. It also offers restrooms, lockers, and Wi-Fi. While most summer activities are free, winter activities like tubing and skiing require reservations. The park hosts various events throughout the year, including races for kids and adults.
