Getting There

Walking
From Monument, head south on Beacon Lite Rd toward the intersection with Second St. Continue straight until you reach the Monument Trailhead. Follow the trail south, which will lead you through some beautiful wooded areas. The trail is well-marked and will eventually connect you to the Santa Fe Trail. Keep heading south on the Santa Fe Trail until you reach the outskirts of Manitou Springs. As you approach Manitou Springs, make a left onto Manitou Ave and continue until you reach the entrance to Williams Canyon.
