Driving
The Kit Carson County Carousel is located on the Kit Carson County Fairgrounds in Burlington, Colorado. From I-70, take Exit 437 and head north past the fast food restaurants to the stoplight. Continue north, cross the railroad tracks, and take an immediate right (east) onto the gravel road past Joe's Garage. Continue east past the baseball field, and the fairgrounds will be on your left. Turn into the fairgrounds. Parking is available at the fairgrounds. Parking is free.

Burlington offers public transportation within city limits via the Outback Express. The Outback Express runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and costs $0.25 per ride. Call 719-340-5012 to schedule a ride. From the Outback Express stop, enter the Kit Carson County Fairgrounds. The Kit Carson County Carousel will be in the large 12 sided building.
