Driving
The Collegiate Peaks Overlook is located directly off US-24, approximately 7 miles north of Buena Vista. From Buena Vista, head north on US-24. The overlook will be on your right, with clear signage indicating the entrance. There is a fee to enter the Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area, which includes the overlook. A self-service station is available to purchase a daily vehicle pass for $10 if you don't have a Colorado State Parks pass. Parking is readily available at the overlook.
