Start from the center of Dimani. Head south on the main road, Route Nationale 1. Continue for about 10 km until you reach the village of Moutsamoudou. From Moutsamoudou, take the left turn onto Route de Domoimboini. Follow this road for approximately 5 km until you see signs for Mangrove de Domoimboini. The entrance should be on your right. Ensure you have local currency for any potential entry fees.

From Dimani, take a shared taxi (known locally as 'taxi-brousse') heading towards Moutsamoudou. The fare should be around 500 KMF. Once you arrive in Moutsamoudou, you will need to take another shared taxi towards Domoimboini. The fare for this leg of the journey is approximately 300 KMF. Inform the driver you want to go to Mangrove de Domoimboini. The drop-off point will be near the entrance to the mangrove. Be prepared to walk a short distance to reach the entrance.

From the main road, take the path that leads towards the mangrove area. It may take around 30 minutes to an hour depending on your starting point and pace.
