If you are driving, start by getting onto CT-8 N from your current location. Follow signs for Winsted and continue on CT-8 N for approximately 20 miles. Take exit 46 for US-44 W toward Winsted/Norfolk. Continue on US-44 W for about 10 miles. After entering Norfolk, turn left onto Old Spaulding Rd. Campbell Falls State Park will be on your right. There is no entrance fee for the park.
