Getting There

• Public Transit

  From Bridgeport, head to the nearest bus stop that services the Greater Bridgeport Transit (GBT) system. You can take the GBT bus route 10 or 11, both of which will take you towards Stratford. Board the bus and stay on until you reach the Main Street and Stratford Avenue stop. Once you get off, you will be at the intersection of Main Street and Stratford Avenue. From there, walk north on Main Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach Boothe Memorial Park, which is located at 5800 Main St, Stratford, CT 06614. The park entrance will be on your right.

• Walking

  If you are close enough in Bridgeport, you can walk to Boothe Memorial Park. Start from the Bridgeport train station and head east on East Main Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and walk north for about 2 miles. Keep an eye out for the park entrance at 5800 Main St, Stratford, CT 06614 on your right. This route will take you through some local neighborhoods, giving you a glimpse of the area.

• Bicycle

  For those who prefer cycling, you can rent a bike at one of the local bike rental stations in Bridgeport. Start at the Bridgeport train station and head east on East Main Street. Once you reach Main Street, turn left and continue biking north. Follow Main Street for approximately 2 miles, and you will see Boothe Memorial Park on your right at 5800 Main St, Stratford, CT 06614. There are bike racks available at the park for parking your bicycle.
