Take exit 38 for Route 67 towards Southbury. Merge onto Route 67 and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 6. Turn right onto Route 6 and follow it for about 7 miles. Look for signs for Mount Tom State Park; you will turn left onto Mount Tom Road. The park entrance will be on your left. Note that there are no entrance fees for Mount Tom State Park.
Public Transportation

For those using public transportation, take the Metro-North Railroad from New Haven or Bridgeport to the Southbury Station. Upon arrival, you will need to arrange for a taxi or rideshare service as there are no direct public transit options to Mount Tom State Park from the station.
