If you're driving, set your GPS to 38355 NY-25, Peconic, NY 11958. From anywhere in the Connecticut River Valley, take the nearest major highway heading east towards Long Island. If you're on I-91, take exit 1 for I-95 South towards New York City. Merge onto I-95 S and follow signs for the Long Island Expressway (I-495). Take exit 73 for NY-25 East towards Riverhead. Continue on NY-25 East for approximately 25 miles until you reach Peconic. Lenz Winery will be on your left.

To reach Lenz Winery via public transport, take a train from the Connecticut River Valley to the Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) station in Riverhead. From the Riverhead station, you can catch the Suffolk County Transit Bus route S92, which runs towards Greenport.
