If you are within Greenwich Point Park, head towards the southern end of the park where the beach is located. Follow the main path that leads towards the water, passing by scenic picnic areas and grassy expanses. The beach is situated at the end of this path, offering beautiful views of Long Island Sound.

For those who prefer biking, there are bike paths throughout Greenwich Point Park. Start at any point in the park and navigate toward the main path leading south. Keep following the bike path until you reach the beach area. Be cautious of pedestrians along the way.

If you are arriving by car, enter Greenwich Point Park through the main entrance off Tods Driftway. Once inside, follow the signs directing you towards the beach area, which is at the southern tip of the park. Parking is available near the beach entrance. Please note that there may be a parking fee during peak seasons.

If you are using public transportation, take the Metro-North Railroad to the Old Greenwich station. From there, you can either walk about 1 mile to the park (head south on Sound Beach Ave, then west on Tods Driftway) or catch a local taxi to the park entrance. Once you arrive at Greenwich Point Park, follow the walking path south to reach Greenwich Point Beach.
