Train
From Greenwich, head to the Greenwich Metro-North Train Station located at 2 Railroad Avenue. Purchase a ticket to New York City (Grand Central Terminal). Board a train heading towards Grand Central. The journey should take approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, follow the signs to the subway.
Subway
At Grand Central, follow the signs to the 4, 5, 6, 7, or S subway lines. You can take the 4 or 5 train from Grand Central to Bowling Green, which is the nearest subway station to Lower Manhattan. The subway ride will take about 10-15 minutes.
Walking
Once you exit the Bowling Green subway station, head towards the southern end of the park. Walk north on State Street, then turn left on Whitehall Street. Continue straight until you reach the Battery Park area, where you can enjoy views of the harbor and the Statue of Liberty. From here, you are a short walk away from various attractions in Lower Manhattan.
Bus
Alternatively, from Grand Central, you can take the MTA bus. Look for the M15 bus towards South Ferry. Get off at the bus stop closest to the Battery Park area. This will drop you near Lower Manhattan, and it's a short walk to your destination.
