    From Greenwich, head to the Greenwich Train Station located at 2 Railroad Ave. Board the Metro-North Railroad's New Haven Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. The ride to New York City takes about 50 minutes. Disembark at Grand Central Terminal, which is located in Midtown Manhattan.

    Find the nearest bus stop for the CT Transit bus service. Take the CT Transit Route 10 bus towards Stamford. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the Stamford Transportation Center. From there, transfer to a Metro-North train on the New Haven Line towards Grand Central Terminal in New York City. The train ride from Stamford to NYC takes about 50 minutes.
