From Greenwich, head to the Greenwich Metro-North Railroad Station located at 2 Railroad Avenue. Purchase a ticket for the New Haven Line heading towards New York City. Board the train and enjoy the ride, which takes approximately 50 minutes. Get off at Grand Central Terminal in Manhattan. From Grand Central, you can walk to The Helmsley Building.

After about 15 minutes, transfer at the Stamford Transportation Center to the Metro-North train heading to Grand Central Terminal. This will take an additional 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, The Helmsley Building is a short 10-minute walk away.

If you are already in downtown Greenwich, you can walk to the Greenwich Metro-North Railroad Station. Once there, take a train to Grand Central Terminal. After arriving, exit the terminal and head west on 42nd Street. Turn left on Park Avenue and walk south for about 5 minutes until you reach The Helmsley Building at 230 Park Avenue.
