Turn left onto State Street and continue walking straight. After crossing the Connecticut River via the Founders Bridge, you will enter East Hartford. Continue on State Street until you reach East River Drive. Turn right onto East River Drive and walk for about 5 minutes. Great River Park will be on your left at 301 E River Dr.

    From downtown Hartford, head to the nearest bus stop for CTtransit. Take bus route 84 towards East Hartford. Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes. Disembark at the East River Drive stop.
