    Walking

    From downtown Hartford, pedestrians can easily access Great River Park by walking across the Founders Bridge Promenade or the Charter Oak Bridge. Once across the river, follow the paved Riverwalk to the park entrance.

    Public Transport

    CTtransit Route 87 serves Great River Park. Check the CTtransit website for the most up-to-date schedules and fare information.

    Driving

    From I-84 East, take exit 53 and follow the signs to East River Drive. Turn right at the end of the exit and continue on East River Drive for 0.33 miles; the park will be on the right. From I-84 West, take exit 57 to Route 15 and then exit 90. At the end of the ramp, go left for 1.2 miles; the park entrance will be on the left. Parking is available in the Great River Park parking lot.
