From there, take the Metro-North train towards Grand Central Terminal. Once at Grand Central, transfer to the 4, 5, or 6 subway lines and head to Union Square. At Union Square, transfer to the L train towards Canarsie-Rockaway Parkway and get off at the Graham Ave station. After exiting the station, walk north on Graham Ave for about 10 minutes until you reach Nassau Ave. Turn left onto Nassau Ave and walk for 5 minutes to reach Greenpoint Heights.
