Board the bus and confirm with the driver that it stops at Cove Island. Stay on the bus until you reach the Cove Island stop. Once you get off, walk towards the entrance of Cove Island Park located at 1125 Cove Rd. Follow the signs to the park area, and enjoy your visit.

If you are in close proximity to Cove Island, you can walk there. From downtown Stamford, head south on Main St towards Atlantic St. Continue on Atlantic St until you reach Cove Rd. Turn left onto Cove Rd and walk straight until you reach Cove Island Park. The park entrance will be on your right at 1125 Cove Rd. This route is approximately 1.5 miles and should take around 30 minutes to walk.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from downtown Stamford to Cove Island. Head south on Main St and then take a right onto Atlantic St. Continue until you reach Cove Rd.
